Lessons « Tarot Yoga ® » : soon, there will be weekly courses in Geneva.
It will be lessons of 1h and 1h30, and it will integrate some visualisation, a warm up, conscious breathing, and movements based on the arcanas of the Tarot.
Those lessons will regerenate your body, harmonize your emotions and clarify your spirit.
Those lessons will be taken at 51 rue Prévost-Martin, in Plainpalais.

The Yoga tao of Tarot® is a synthesis of all my abilities and a new way to read the Tarot.
It is a collective spreading that we all live, feel, move and integrate in a joyful ambiance.
The Yoga of Tarot® workshops are a living experience of the power of the Tarot.
You are going to live, feel, move a collective spreading made at the beginning of the workshop.
Come with your questions, intentions, projects, and we are going to explore, together, the keys to achieve your goals !
Tarot of Marseille, multidimensional music, yoga tao exercices and creative visualisation are the tools during the workshops.

Dates :
Workshop during one afternoon 13h /18h the 4 september. ( put confortable clothes, take flexible shoes and, also, paper and pen ). Phone 078 659 19 04 to subscribe. Rates : 60 Frs.

Location of the workshops : at the center ALIOU, in lausanne.
